Prior to your arrival

We are looking forward to seeing you; would you please provide us with the final details?

Step 1: Enter your car number plate at mijn.beeksebergen.nl, to ensure the barrier opens automatically and you can drive into the Lake Resort.

Step 2: Enter the details of your party at mijn.beeksebergen.nl; just fill in the names and dates of birth so we can create Access or Attractions Passes for everyone.

The Access or Attractions Passes will be sent to you by email no later than one day prior to arrival.

Arrival

Checking in? That’s no longer necessary! You will have access to your pitch from 1:00 pm. Make sure you put your camping equipment on the booked pitch. You can pick your own pitch if you are coming camping on the Back2Basic site.

If you arrive before 1:00 pm, you can use all the facilities and the Access and Attractions Passes.

 

 

During your stay

When you stay at Lake Resort Beekse Bergen, you will receive a digital Access Pass. This gives you access to Speelland Beekse Bergen* and swimmingpools Etsi Pool and Maji Springs.

*Speelland is open from April through October

If you would you like to visit Safaripark Beekse Bergen and other day attractions during your holiday, then you should book an Attractions Pass. The Attractions Pass is valid from your day of arrival up to and including your day of departure. Are you going by car to the Safaripark? Then you can exit for free by scanning the Attraction Pass.

You may park your car at the pitch during your stay at Lake Resort Beekse Bergen. Any extra car can be parked in the car park next to the entrance of the Lake Resort.

The Back2Basic site is car-free; you may park a car next to the entrance to Back2Basic.

The Lake Resort boasts a free WiFi network. You can log in easily by selecting the KPN hotspot and agreeing to the terms and conditions. You do not need a password. Free WiFi is also available in Ganvie Village.

Transport to the Safaripark and Speelland Beekse Bergen
With the Ostrich Express (train) you can visit the Safaripark or Speelland* Beekse Bergen from Ganvie Village in the Lake Resort. The Ostrich Express travels back and forth between the Lake Resort and the Safaripark/Speelland. You can use this service for free.

The Ostrich Express is a seasonal means of transport. The current departure times of the Ostrich Express can be found in the Beekse Bergen app.

Visiting the Safaripark or Speelland Beekse Bergen by car
You can also visit the Safaripark or Speelland by car. You should follow the signs to the Safaripark or Speelland*. If you are visiting Speelland, you can park for free in the car park next to the entrance. Will you be visiting the Safaripark? Then park in the regular parking lot and scan your Attraction Pass before exiting.

*Speelland is open from April through October

As it is not possible to access the Resort by car, day visitors should park in the car park next to the Lake Resort entrance.

Guests must be registered at the Guest Service. The costs for lodgers depend on the length of stay.

In a number of campsites, 1 pet is allowed, subject to reservation. There are several dog toilets at the Lake Resort. Dogs must be on a leash at all times.

At Beekse Bergen Lake Resort, you can enjoy a delightful fishing holiday by the waterside. The Lake Resort is renowned for its large Lake Victoria, which is directly connected to the Wilhelmina Canal. As a guest of the Lake Resort, you can fish as much as you want, provided you possess a fishing permit. The stock of white and predatory fish includes bream, minnow, golden orfe, large carp, pike, perch and eel. You are not allowed to keep your catch, however. View the fishing regulations here.

All camping pitches have a 10 amp (2300 W) power connection, a television connection and a water tap at or near the campsite.

The comfort and luxury pitches have digital CAI (television).

At Back2Basic, you truly go back to basics. This means water, showers, toilets and electricity are only available in the sanitary block on the Back2Basic site. We also have a Hang Out with power points where you can socialise.

There is no electricity or wifi at the fishing spot. Electricity, water and toilets can therefore only be found at the sanitary building.

Departure

On the day of your departure, you must vacate the pitch before 11:00 am. You do not have to check out at the Guest Service. You can still enjoy all the facilities and use the Access and Attractions Passes all day long.

We ask before you leave:

  • Make sure the camping pitch is neat and clean
  • Please take your rubbish to the recycling centre
